Professional & Leadership Experience

• Canadian Armed Forces Veteran (13 years) – Dedicated to instructing and mentoring young leaders through the Army Cadets program, instilling values of discipline, teamwork, and community service.

• Auto Manufacturing Industry Leader (12 years) – Extensive experience as a Leader Tech, Supervisor, and now an Instructor, helping to build a strong workforce and promote skilled trades.

• Human Resources Advocate – Serving on the Human Resources Commission of the Western Ontario Waterways Region of the United Church of Canada, ensuring fair and effective policies that support people in our community.
